The teacher submits a detailed Lesson Plan prior to her teaching. The teacher engages her class in a discussion about climate change, its causes and possible solutions throwing questions to the class once in a while. The teacher does the preliminaries, but the observer failed to note she presented the lesson objectives. She uses technology to enhance her presentation of the lesson. The observer suggests that the during groupings, students must be informed not to make unnecessary noise e.g. yelling, shouting. She dons an appropriate outfit.
